By purchasing products or services from WTC Services Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Non-Refundable Products and Services

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of our offerings and reflects the value provided. This includes but is not limited to:

Digital Courses and Downloadable Materials: Once purchased, access to digital courses, e-books, templates, and other downloadable resources cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Community Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, memberships can be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined under Payment Terms.

Strategy Calls and Associated Deliverables:

• Strategy calls can be canceled and refunded if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled call.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the call are non-refundable.

• Once a strategy call has taken place, all payments are final, and any associated deliverables (e.g., Strategy Blueprints) are non-refundable.

Websites, Sales Funnels, and Other Digital Services: Once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, all payments for these services are final.

Service Packages: Pre-purchased packages for services such as consultations, audits, or custom work are non-refundable once payment is received.


Rescheduling and Cancellations

Strategy Calls:

• Calls can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the call are subject to availability and are non-refundable if the call cannot be rescheduled.

• Once the call has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

Community Memberships and Subscriptions:

• Memberships may be canceled in accordance with the Payment Terms but are non-refundable for any billing cycle that has already begun.

• Membership access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.


Liability

No Warranty: WTC Services Limited provides its products and services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or performance.

No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elita Consulting is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its products, services, or strategies.

Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their systems, follow provided guidelines, and implement strategies as outlined.


Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by any trading name or brand within WTC Services Limited—including but not limited to courses, videos, templates, resources, blueprints, written materials, community content, and digital products—remain the sole property of WTC Services Limited.

Prohibited Uses:

• Redistribution, resale, unauthorized sharing, or reproduction of any materials is strictly prohibited unless explicit written consent has been provided by Elita Consulting.

• This includes sharing login details, uploading content to public or private platforms, or distributing materials to third parties.

License of Use:

• Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive license to access the materials for personal use only.

• This license does not grant ownership or rights to use the materials for any commercial purpose.

Legal Action: Elita Consulting reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim damages for any unauthorized use, distribution, or infringement of its intellectual property.


Payment Terms

By purchasing products or services from WTC Services Limited, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Upfront Payments

• All upfront payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon (e.g., Buy Now, Pay Later options).

• Buy Now, Pay Later options are offered at the discretion of WTC Services Limited and must be adhered to as per the terms of the chosen payment provider.

• Once payment is completed, access to the product or service will be provided as outlined in the product description.

2. Payment Plans

• Payment plans are available for select products and services and must be agreed upon at the time of purchase.

• By enrolling in a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments as scheduled. No cancellations or terminations of the payment plan will be accepted after purchase.

• Failure to complete payments as agreed may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access to the product or service.

• Referral of unpaid balances to a collections agency or legal action, with all associated fees and charges being the responsibility of the client.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are charged in advance.

• Your subscription starts on the date of purchase, and the billing cycle will recur on the same date each month (e.g., purchase on the 20th, next charge on the 20th of the following month).

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but must be canceled at least one day before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

• There is no pro-rata refunding or partial cancellation for unused time in the billing cycle. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Late or Failed Payments

• If a payment fails or is not received by the due date:

• Access to the product, service, or subscription may be suspended until payment is received.

• WTC Services Limited reserves the right to terminate the agreement and pursue outstanding balances through collections or legal means.

• Clients are responsible for any fees incurred as a result of late or failed payments, including but not limited to bank fees, transaction fees, or legal costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At WTC Services Limited, we value transparency and fairness in our business practices. Due to the nature of our products and services, our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and protect the integrity of our offerings. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Strategy Calls

Rescheduling:

• Strategy calls can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled call are subject to availability but are non-refundable if the call cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled call are eligible for a 75% refund less any fees.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled call are non-refundable.

Post-Call Refunds:

• No refunds will be issued after the strategy call has taken place.

• Any associated deliverables (e.g., Strategy Blueprints or other custom work) are also non-refundable.


Digital Products and Services

Digital Products (Courses, Downloadable Materials, Community Memberships)

• All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices or systems before purchase.

• For community memberships:

• Memberships can be canceled in accordance with the Payment Terms, but any fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

• Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.


Digital Services (Websites, Sales Funnels, and Other Custom Work)

• Payments for digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing project deliverables and providing feedback promptly.

• If a project is terminated by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for the work completed up to that point.


General Refund Policy

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or failure to utilize purchased products or services.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of Elita Consulting in exceptional cases, and any refund provided will be subject to deductions for administrative fees or work completed.


Cancellations for Subscriptions and Memberships

• Memberships and subscriptions (including community memberships) can be canceled at any time.

• Cancellations must be made at least one day before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

• No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
